How I work
Flexibility in Design and Implementation
For me, flexibility not only means that I adapt to your style and preferences, but also that I remain flexible in our approach throughout the entire project. Whether you opt for a fully developed interior design or only need a few specific services, I adapt my process to your needs. The most important thing is that there are clear agreements about who is responsible for what. This way you know exactly what to expect from me and I can work efficiently on realizing your dream interior.
One Party for Design and Implementation
A major advantage of working with Bouwstudio Bink is that I take care of both the design and the execution. This means that I take into account the practical aspects of the execution during the design process from the start. This means that there are fewer surprises during the realization and we can seamlessly move from design to execution.
This integral approach ensures a smooth and efficient progress of the project, without delays or misunderstandings.
Consultation and Cooperation
I strongly believe in the power of consultation and collaboration. Your input and feedback are essential to me, and I like to involve you in every step of the process. Regular communication and transparency are my top priorities, so that you are always informed of the progress and any decisions that need to be made.
Together we work on an interior that is not only beautiful and functional, but also a reflection of your personal style and taste.
DESIGN
Process
Every project is unique. That is why Bouwstudio Bink offers a flexible design process that can be fully adapted to your wishes and needs. Here is an overview of the steps we usually go through during the process:
Our collaboration starts with an introductory meeting. During this intake we discuss your wishes, needs and style preferences. This helps to get a good idea of what you are looking for in your new interior or what you are missing in the current one.
Based on the intake I create a mood board. This visual aid gives an impression of the atmosphere and style I have in mind for your space. The mood board helps to visualize the ideas and ensures that we are on the same page before we proceed.
Next, I work on the layout of the space. Several 2D options will be presented so that you can consider different possibilities. This step helps determine the best functional and aesthetic arrangement of furniture and other elements.
After the 2D layout I create a detailed 3D design. This gives a realistic image of how the space will look, including proportions and perspectives. This gives you a clear and lifelike preview of the end result.
In this phase we together choose the colours, materials and furniture that perfectly match the atmosphere and style of your interior. We make sure that everything is harmoniously coordinated and meets your expectations.
To make it easy for you, I'm putting together a detailed shopping list. This list contains all the items needed to realize the design, including specifications and where to buy them.
Finally, you will receive a digital booklet from me. This document contains all designs, plans, mood boards, and the shopping list. It serves as a complete guide for realizing your dream interior.
Execution
Before we start with the execution, we plan an extensive meeting to go through the details of the execution plan. We discuss the planning, the materials to be used, and the division of roles so that everyone knows clearly what is expected. This ensures a smooth transition from design to realization.
In this phase we will start working on the actual realization of the design. I will ensure a precise and professional execution, whereby I make sure that everything goes according to plan and meets the highest quality standards. You will be regularly informed of the progress and I am always available to answer any questions.
After the execution, the delivery takes place. Together with you, I walk through the space to check whether everything has been executed to your liking and meets the agreed specifications. We take the time to ensure that every detail is correct and that you are satisfied with the end result.
My service doesn't stop at delivery. I offer aftercare to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new interior. Whether it's small adjustments or extra advice, I'm here to support you and ensure that you can enjoy your new space to the fullest.
At Bouwstudio Bink you are not obliged to go through all the steps. We offer the flexibility to fully adapt the process to your wishes. Bouwstudio Bink is ready to help you where you need it.
